Description

• Serve as a link between HR functions and technical resources • Gather requirements from functional users to translate their needs • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize projects aligned with business strategy • Apply lean methodologies and continuous improvement to drive efficiency • Develop reporting (in partnership with HRIS) to support required business process analysis • Assist leaders with managing change by providing guidance and support

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, IT, or other functions with transferrable skills • 2+ years of experience focused on corporate program management or technology project leadership • 2+ years experience in Workday or similar complex cloud-based HR software • 1+ years of experience in organizational efficiency and continuous improvement preferred • Certification in a recognized continuous improvement or organizational efficiency methodology preferred (Lean Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, Kaizen, etc.)
