β’ 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, IT, or other functions with transferrable skills β’ 2+ years of experience focused on corporate program management or technology project leadership β’ 2+ years experience in Workday or similar complex cloud-based HR software β’ 1+ years of experience in organizational efficiency and continuous improvement preferred β’ Certification in a recognized continuous improvement or organizational efficiency methodology preferred (Lean Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, Kaizen, etc.)
