We support enterprises and scale-ups around the world to develop world class technology products. • We partner with clients to solve their hardest problems using data and AI. • ABOUT THE ROLE: As the Enterprise AI People Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the systems and processes to enable a thriving high performance team for Enterprise AI.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in any field; experience with project management, business operations and people management. • A bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business administration or related field. • Data analytics & storytelling management experience. • Can work independently producing outputs with minimal supervision. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Can effectively articulate and communicate ideas both verbally and in writing. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage a project from start to finish. • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail where you pay close attention to all of the small particulars when working on a task or project. • Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot with support from the team. • Proactively provide support to other team members, no task is too small. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. • Experience working with multiple platforms and technologies within an agile environment.
