Description

β€’ Work as part of the Technical Program team. β€’ Prioritize operational and technical team needs and guide technical teams towards clear deliverables. β€’ Coach and assist RISC-V Foundation members through specifications and group formations. β€’ Customize internal apps like Jira, Google Drive, etc. for RISC-V workflows. β€’ Collect and document gaps, gather project statuses, and identify roadblocks for RISC-V International members. β€’ Maintain RISC-V policy documents and supporting guides. β€’ Develop tooling automation using REST APIs in Python. β€’ Identify efficiency and automation opportunities. β€’ Support other RISC-V teams as technical experts. β€’ Attend technical leadership meetings and document action items. β€’ Support onsite or virtual RISC-V events.

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years project management experience β€’ BS/BA or equivalent years of experience in technology β€’ Understanding of computer architecture, processor privilege levels, virtual memory, firmware, I/O, operating systems and virtualization technologies. β€’ Knowledge of processor Instruction Set Architecture (ISA) and computer architecture. β€’ Experience using workflow management tools β€’ History of successful completion and maintenance of projects β€’ Experience developing hardware or software products β€’ Experience working in a community where decisions are made collectively β€’ The ability to respond and adapt to a highly interrupt driven environment β€’ Effectively manages time, sets goals, and effectively communicates status β€’ Adept at guiding technical leaders to communicate goals, track status, and resolve roadblocks β€’ Must have a service oriented outlook: makes all RISC-V members feel they are valued β€’ Ability to understand and operate within complex, multi-stakeholder environment β€’ Knows how to follow up and drive projects to closure in a timely manner β€’ High level of written and verbal skills, must be concise, articulate and understandable β€’ High level of attention to detail, content, and form
