Description

• Work alongside strategic product leaders to produce a detailed product roadmap and convert it into functional work. • Meet with the Engineering team daily to make sure the team has what they need to execute work and remove any roadmap blockers or ambiguity. • Review sprint work against acceptance criteria and work with QA to ensure proper testing criteria is met. • Work closely with UX to assist with customer research and requirements gathering. • Maintain a pulse on tech debt, bugs and key customer asks to disposition them. • Work closely with our Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to deeply understand and address user needs.

Requirements

• Previous working experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager for 4-5 years. • Experience working with SaaS products, machine learning, data platforms or pipelines, and managing product integrations – experience building AI tools is a major plus. • Managing beta rollouts and willingness to get your hands dirty with customer implementations and questions. • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles. • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. • Creative thinker with vision. • Attention to detail.
