Description

Requirements

• Experience taking a new or early lifecycle customer-facing product to maturity, driving usage and revenue growth • Successful candidates have prior experience building products in the enterprise software domain space • 5+ years of varied Product Management experience in more than one organization, including relevant experience building developer enablement products and/or enterprise enabling Cloud or Dev/Ops products. • Technical background, or prior demonstrated ability to lead product-engineering teams working on highly technical product offerings. Industry experience with Kubernetes or containerization technologies, cloud platforms • Experience working in lean-startup and Inspired types of product methodologies (short 1w product iteration cycles; rapid value validation via customer input, prototype experimentation, and fast iterative product releases) • Passion for, and experience in, products that help improve the lives of developers and/or infrastructure operators, and the curiosity to dig deep and learn more about this ecosystem • Proven history of curiosity, tenacity & making an impact • Track record of strong customer engagement, bringing these insights back into the team to determine the best and simplest solution • Track record of defining and leveraging customer data to inform strategic goals and execution success assessments
