• Over 10 years of experience in industrial markets, with demonstrated leadership in general management, product marketing, and business development roles • Industry expertise, particularly in fuses and renewable energy, is highly desirable • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability in complex, competitive markets • Proven experience in onboarding and leading multi-national teams and working within a matrix organization • Strong ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including market entry and new product launches • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (desirable but not mandatory), Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred but not required • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively both verbally and in writing • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making • Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in German is highly advantageous • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including international trips
