• Build and maintain strong relationships within Distributors at all levels and across multiple functional areas • Support and grow the LF distribution sales channel within the region • Primary interface for Branch Managers, Product Managers, and sales personnel/reps for key distributors in order to gain maximum mind share • Establish and execute on mutual growth objectives with distributors driven by effective training programs such as NPI (new product introduction), marketing programs and inventory investment • Link sales and branch FAEs to maximize multi-technology demand creation and sales • Responsible for: quotation support and follow up input on key regional inventory requirements • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with focus distributors • Plan and conduct regular distribution product trainings • Coordinate and implement sales incentives and promotions for regional distribution business • Create, track, and follow up with LF and Distributor personnel on demand creation focus account distributor programs • Support and maintain LF’s Distributor Registration program • Maintain a regular call frequency at all regional core distributors.
• Bachelor or University Degree • 5+ years of Electronics Industry experience • The ability to maintain effective working relationships with Sales teams, local Sales Reps, Channel Partners, Product Managers, Technical Marketing, Marcom and Corporate functions.
