Description

β€’ Build and maintain client relationships β€’ Meet and exceed client service level agreements β€’ Advise and assist with reporting β€’ Coordinate hardware replacements at client sites β€’ Educate clients within procedural guidelines β€’ Provide marketing support on Ticketmaster solutions β€’ Support onboarding and ongoing maintenance β€’ Communicate product updates to the client base β€’ Troubleshoot software and hardware issues β€’ Assist with database tasks as needed

Requirements

β€’ H.S. diploma or equivalent β€’ BA/BS degree is preferred β€’ 1+ years of experience with Ticketmaster System or various ticketing systems β€’ Overall awareness of the entertainment and sports business β€’ Box Office experience is a plus β€’ Knowledge of how TM departments impact one another and outside clients is a plus β€’ Knowledge of Presence, AccessManager, REPGEN, and the Event Base product suite is preferred β€’ Archtics experience is preferred β€’ Strong Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel skills β€’ Service oriented with strong organizational and communication skills β€’ Able to successfully handle multiple priorities
