• Serve as Director of Buildings for ILFI • Manage building scale programs including LBC, ZE, ZC • Direct evolution and maintenance of ILFI’s building programs • Oversee program development, innovation, and collaboration efforts • Lead internal and external stakeholder engagement for building standards
• 10+ years of professional experience in relevant fields • Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Familiarity with ILFI’s philosophy, certifications, and labels • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion • Ability to inspire teams in a remote environment • Ability to travel for work, approximately 10% • Experience with program development and project management • Excellent communication skills • Comfortable learning new software applications, experience with MacOS and Google Workspace preferred
