📋 Description

• seeking a talented Vice President Group Director of Media • serve as the Head of Biddable Media • manage a multi-capability team • assist with new business development, planning, contract negotiation, strategy development, implementation, and performance analysis • build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, operations and finance • oversee the delivery of keyword research, social listening, analysis/insights/recommendations • represent Sosemo as a thought leader at events and via publications

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year college degree in marketing, business, computer science, or related field • Fortune 500 or prior big agency experience • adequate number of LinkedIn endorsements for SEM (30+) and Paid Social (30+) • 3 professional references • passion for digital marketing and entrepreneurship • experienced and proven leader • prior P&L management experience • strong analytical and problem-solving skills • strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills • excellent thought leadership and presentation skills • ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously • decision-making in a fast-paced environment • highly detail-oriented • basic knowledge of web technologies • working knowledge of social networking sites, search engines and app stores • expert knowledge of paid search engine marketing, display and paid social • expertise in SEO, programmatic, and email marketing • minimum 5 years of prior team management experience • proven track record of success and prior experience developing and motivating high caliber talent • minimum 12 years of experience managing paid search, paid social, and media campaigns • minimum 3 years of prior pharmaceutical marketing experience
