β€’ seeking a talented Vice President Group Director of Media β€’ serve as the Head of Biddable Media β€’ manage a multi-capability team β€’ assist with new business development, planning, contract negotiation, strategy development, implementation, and performance analysis β€’ build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, operations and finance β€’ oversee the delivery of keyword research, social listening, analysis/insights/recommendations β€’ represent Sosemo as a thought leader at events and via publications

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 4-year college degree in marketing, business, computer science, or related field β€’ Fortune 500 or prior big agency experience β€’ adequate number of LinkedIn endorsements for SEM (30+) and Paid Social (30+) β€’ 3 professional references β€’ passion for digital marketing and entrepreneurship β€’ experienced and proven leader β€’ prior P&L management experience β€’ strong analytical and problem-solving skills β€’ strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills β€’ excellent thought leadership and presentation skills β€’ ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously β€’ decision-making in a fast-paced environment β€’ highly detail-oriented β€’ basic knowledge of web technologies β€’ working knowledge of social networking sites, search engines and app stores β€’ expert knowledge of paid search engine marketing, display and paid social β€’ expertise in SEO, programmatic, and email marketing β€’ minimum 5 years of prior team management experience β€’ proven track record of success and prior experience developing and motivating high caliber talent β€’ minimum 12 years of experience managing paid search, paid social, and media campaigns β€’ minimum 3 years of prior pharmaceutical marketing experience
