🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years of customer-facing experience in an Implementation or CSM role • Proficiency in documenting customer engagements in a CRM (ex. Hubspot) • Experience with Google Suite is a plus • Strong communication skills • Cross-functional collaboration • Analytical problem-solving • Critical reasoning • Authorized to work in the US (sponsorship unavailable)
