β€’ About Logos: Logos is a purpose-driven tech company dedicated to building technology solutions that equip the Church to grow in the light of the Bible. β€’ The Korean Customer Success Specialist will work with the team on customer and product-related projects, provide technical support to customers, and present product usage education at the conference. β€’ This individual will help the team build, market, and promote their Korean offerings. β€’ You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with project pivots. β€’ The individual is independent, goal-oriented, entrepreneurial, and enjoys interacting with people.

Requirements

β€’ Fluent in Korean and English β€’ Detail oriented β€’ Excellent written and oral communication skills β€’ Takes ownership of projects and gets things done quickly and effectively β€’ Can work flexibly and under pressure β€’ Strong interpersonal skills and experience initiating and building positive relationships β€’ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment β€’ Can travel internationally and domestically
