Description

• You’re a trusted advisor, working hand-in-hand with customers to ensure they’re not just using the product but thriving with it. • You’ll report and manage key metrics like churn reduction, expansion, and customer satisfaction, ensuring we hit our growth and retention goals. • You’ll craft tailored strategies, helping them navigate their unique workflows, dynamics, and sometimes even political environments. • You’ll be there during the critical adoption phase and provide ongoing training when needed, occasionally on-site. • You’ll identify key decision-makers and ensure each receives the right type of support, driving deeper engagement and retention. • You’ll manage renewals, negotiate expansions, and hit annual targets tied to retention and growth. • Quarterly customer visits (dependent on need), plus occasional conferences based on territory needs.

Requirements

• You’re a self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments. • You love a challenge, especially when it involves creating processes from scratch and refining them to perfection. • You’re empathetic, patient, and able to explain complex technology in simple, relatable terms. • If you love building authentic partnerships with customers and want to grow alongside a company that’s scaling fast, this role is for you.
