• Founded in 2017, Lokalise is a cloud-based translation management system that helps businesses streamline their localization processes. • It provides a platform for managing translations of software, websites, mobile apps, and other digital content. • Overall, Lokalise helps businesses improve their time-to-market, increase translation quality, and reduce costs associated with localization. • We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. • In this role, you will collaborate closely with Account Executives and the Marketing team to identify target accounts, craft personalized outreach strategies, and build meaningful relationships with prospects. • If you thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and are excited about advancing your sales career, this role is for you.

Requirements

• A strong desire to build a career in sales, ideally with some prior experience in a similar role within a SaaS or B2B environment. • Native or fluent-level English proficiency (additional languages are a bonus). • Exceptional communication skills, with an articulate and professional phone and email manner. • A proactive, resilient mindset with the ability to overcome objections and persevere in challenging situations. • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting technologies. • Native or professional fluency in an additional European language, such as German or French (this is a plus). • Experience in the localisation or translation management industry (this is a plus). • Knowledge of advanced outreach tools like Outreach.io or Salesloft (this is a plus). • An understanding of SaaS sales metrics and processes (this is a plus).
