• Are you Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement expert? • We are looking for a professional and engaging Dynamics 365 customer engagement functional consultant for our Data & Dynamics team to be based out of our Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, or Calgary branch! • You will use your deep and expert knowledge of sales, marketing, customer service, field service, and project service automation processes
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of industry experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement • 3+ + years of industry domain experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Insurance, Government, or similar • Demonstrated experience with Agile Frameworks • Experience utilizing Azure DevOps • Strong understanding of core Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing. • Proven expertise with Dataverse and the Power Platform • Experience extending Dynamics 365 solutions utilizing Power Platform • Ability to effectively communicate to different audiences including internal and external stakeholders and peers clearly and concisely in written, oral and various presentation formats and situations
