Description

• Work cross functionally with marketing, sales and revenue operations to ensure alignment on target audiences, messaging, and follow-up processes. • Create and optimize full-funnel, multi-channel campaign strategies, align all stakeholders, document campaign plans, and track delivery of that work. • Lead a team of 3 demand generation marketers responsible for SEO, SEM, advertising, CRO, email marketing, webinars, website chat, ABM and international programs. • Partner closely with the event marketing manager to plan successful promotion and follow up for hosted and sponsored events. • Manage and track a 7-figure annual budget including analyzing investments by channel to demonstrate performance and prove ROI. • Oversee and guide agency performance and effectiveness. • Evaluate and select media partners and software vendors to help drive demand. Negotiate contracts to ensure fair terms for Loop at agreeable rates. • Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, sharing insights and results across the business.

Requirements

• You’ve spent 5+ years in demand generation at a B2B SaaS startup and have marketed to a variety of business sizes from SMB to Enterprise. • You’ve directly managed others for 2+ years in a demand generation capacity and can speak to how you’ve made an impact on their careers. • You are able to stay focused and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift. • You’re a strong communicator no matter the medium - in-person or virtual - and are able to adapt to meet the needs of your audience. • You have a strong attention to detail and admirable organization skills - others note this as a superpower of yours. • You love data, and you're comfortable owning, collecting, and reporting on metrics that inspire action and solve problems. • You’ve used software such as Hubspot or Marketo, Salesforce, Drift, Demio, Sendoso, etc and are always curious about the latest in marketing technology, and how it can help drive demand. • BONUS: You have experience working with Shopify, ecommerce, and/or the post-purchase ecosystem. • BONUS: You have experience creating demand generation strategies and driving pipeline in international markets.
