Description

• Design complex and high-density user interfaces for IconScout marketplace. • Enhance IconScout's design, functionality, and performance. • Partner with product managers and engineers for creative solutions. • Conduct user research, usability and A/B testing, and prototype. • Collaborate with Marketing for product campaigns and SEO management. • Stay updated with trends to enhance user experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience, including leading and owning the end-to-end design process for complex interaction designs. • Exceptional craft, attention to detail, and understanding of small nuances create a seamless, intuitive design. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in multidisciplinary teams (engineers, product managers, designers). • Actively seek and provide feedback to improve the marketplace. • Experience applying and extending design systems and establishing design principles and practices to empower team members. • Ability to share work early and often, clearly articulating objectives and ideas. • Proficiency in modern tools (Slack, Figma, Framer, Linear, Pitch, Notion). • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
