Description

• Provide level 1 technical support to resolve basic technology problems. • Create documentation by entering details of problems and resolutions into tracking system. • Perform break/fix repairs on PCs, printers, mobile devices, and software applications. • Initiate and support third-party vendor services as necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Completion of coursework or program focused on relevant technology related skills • Associate's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field (preferred) • 1 year of experience providing first level support for IT systems in a corporate setting (preferred) • 1 year of experience working with defect or incident tracking software (preferred) • 1 year of experience in software installation and support (preferred) • 1 year of IT experience in the retail industry (preferred)
