Description

• Responsible for developing talent attraction strategies and recruiting top talent • Handles complex mid-manager or professional roles up to Director level • Partners with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence • Ensures a positive candidate/customer experience with every candidate • Consults with business partners on candidate assessment and interview processes • Serves as the primary point of contact for hiring managers regarding recruiting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or other relevant degree OR 4 years experience in lieu of degree • 5 years recruiting experience • 5 years experience with behavioral interviewing • 5 years experience using an applicant tracking system (Workday) • Experience proactively searching for and engaging passive candidates • Experience consulting with and influencing hiring managers • 3 years experience sourcing through candidate social networking tools and using creative sourcing methodologies (LinkedIn Recruiter & Boolean Search)
