Description

• Own the full product lifecycle for our eCommerce platform and digital products, from initial concept and strategy through launch, scaling, and post-launch optimization. • Shape and drive product vision, strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals while working cross-functionally with teams such as R&D, engineering, marketing, and compliance to bring innovative products to market. • Lead the successful launch and scaling of the LOY-002 eCommerce platform, ensuring it evolves to support rapid growth, increased demand, and future expansion opportunities. • Oversee seamless feature integration and upgrades, ensuring all enhancements maintain compliance with stringent biotech and pharma regulations without compromising user experience. • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to optimize digital product integrations, ensuring smooth and efficient platform performance. • Design and implement innovative solutions that cater specifically to the needs of scientists and researchers, enhancing their drug discovery and development processes through advanced eCommerce functionalities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably with eCommerce platforms and analytics products. • Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products in fast-paced, highly regulated environments. • Demonstrated ability to manage product development and collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams. • Hands-on experience with B2C or B2B eCommerce platforms, particularly in early-stage growth (zero-to-one or one-to-ten phase). • Experience working in regulated industries such as biotech, pharma, or healthcare. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to product management. • Experience with product growth techniques. • Familiarity with agile development methodologies. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; master’s degree a plus but not required.
