Description
• Develop financial plans and support advisors • Conduct data entry and provide summaries of recommendations • Cultivate relationships with advisors to drive satisfaction • Consult with advisors on financial planning • Present completed financial plans to advisors and clients • Collaborate with branch management and field leadership • Engage with advisors to promote financial planning adoption • Expected 20% travel to advisor offices and locations
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience • Must have CFP® or currently pursuing • 5+ years of financial services experience with 3+ years in comprehensive financial plans • Strong understanding of personal financial planning • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite • Demonstrate expertise with eMoney, MoneyGuide or RightCapital • Ability to effectively communicate • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
