Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required •At least three years of human resource management experience, total compensation and HRIS experience preferred •SHRM-CP Certification is a plus •Excellent negotiation, and conflict resolution skills •Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail •Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills •Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate •Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality •Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations •Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems •Knowledge of Google Suites preferred •Must be able to handle confidential information •Resourceful: willing to jump in, work with both opportunity and constraint, and leverage existing resources to accomplish goals, ability to work independently •Team player: confident in collaborating with a diverse community of people and personalities across geographies, backgrounds, and professional abilities •Interpersonal with outstanding verbal and written communication skills •Empathetic and care for all stakeholders of Lucidworks, including employees, executives, customers, partners, and guests •Acceptable background check •Located in Eastern time zone
