• Responsible for maintenance, administration, and support of Workday HR System • Serve as subject matter expert for Workday modules • Optimize and enhance system processes and configurations • Maintain configuration and create Standard Operating Procedure documentation • Audit Workday data for integrity and accuracy • Serve as Tier 2 support for end-users • Support HR activities throughout the year
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Management, or related field • 2+ years of relevant technology-based experience or equivalent • 3+ years as an HRIS analyst with Workday configuration expertise • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills • Ability to drive HR processes and deliver high-quality services • Functional understanding of HR and HRIS design • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills • Flexibility in a fast-paced environment • Moderate Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
