Description
• The Employee relations specialist will be responsible for answering calls and emails for the Agency HR team. • Review and authorize employee overtime and resolve employee incidents.
Requirements
• Two-year degree or one (1) year of experience in a human resources field. • Exposure to home health or human services is a plus. • Enthusiastic individual, who is eager to learn and grow in the PCA Choice field. • Pass a background study with the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
