• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred. • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, onboarding, or HR-related roles. • Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations is a plus. • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and team members. • Proficiency in HRIS and basic recruitment-related software. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills. • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with managers and colleagues.
