Description

• Olo is a leading SaaS platform accelerating digital transformation in the restaurant industry • Seeking a motivated HR Operations Coordinator to oversee full employee lifecycle • Manage HR operations from onboarding to offboarding • Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s NYC headquarters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required) • 1+ year of experience in Human Resources • High emotional intelligence with the ability to build rapport with team members across various levels and locations • Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities • Effective judgment and capability to prioritize and manage competing demands
