📋 Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Manager • Overseeing the global accounts payable function for all entities • Responsible for ensuring that Lumanity’s financial records accurately reflect commitments and spend • Ensuring that controls are maintained such that payments are only made to vendors once appropriate approvals have been received • Work closely with other finance team members to ensure cash outflows are managed and vendors are paid in a timely manner • Design, improve & implement AP policies and procedures • Train, develop and supervise the AP team lead • Maintain and improve upon control environment, ensuring controls compliance • Control owner for all AP controls • Initiate payment runs for all entities

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and managing Accounts Payable teams • Service based industry experience required • AI Tool implementation tool experience required • Shared service centralization implementation experience preferred • Multi-country, multi-currency experience essential • Technology industry and/or fast growth industry experience • NetSuite experience required • Advanced Excel skills and ability to manipulate data required • Knowledge of controls (i.e. SOX) compliance • Strong communication skills • Deadline driven with excellent attention to detail and a self-starter • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
