β€’ Drive sales strategy and build a high-performing sales team β€’ Ensure Enterprise Account Executives meet and exceed targets β€’ Scale revenue and expand customer base in the Enterprise segment β€’ Develop and implement strategies for robust sales pipeline β€’ Enforce a rigorous sales process with up-to-date Salesforce notes β€’ Be involved in critical deals, supporting AEs in strategizing β€’ Design onboarding programs with ramp goals for new AEs β€’ Implement coaching programs for existing AEs to improve performance β€’ Monitor team performance, providing guidance as needed β€’ Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams

Requirements

β€’ 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales β€’ 3+ years of experience selling to companies +X employees and an understanding of how to navigate buying process at larger organizations β€’ Experience managing an enterprise sales team with demonstrated success β€’ Demonstrated understanding of MEDDPICC sales methodology β€’ Experience working with IT, Security, GRC or similar technical buyers (experience selling cybersecurity is a plus) β€’ Ability to be nimble and a desire to be in a start-up environment where resources are still being built or refined β€’ Salesforce.com hygiene and deal management rigor β€’ Strong communication skills, operate with ethics, adaptability, grit and empathy
