📋 Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join the finance team. • Reporting to the CFO, you will manage our accounting day to day operations. • This role will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in financial records. • Optimize accounting processes and support compliance with accounting standards. • Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of monthly accounting close. • Prepare and review financial statements. • Assist in financial audits and ensure compliance with GAAP. • Oversee the payroll process for employees. • Manage customer invoicing and payment collections. • Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments. • Support tax filings and assist in budget preparation. • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. • Must be fluent in written and spoken English. • Big 4 or CPA firm experience is strongly preferred • 6+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a high-growth environment • Experience with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Odoo, QuickBooks, or similar). • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally.
