📋 Description
• Luxury Presence is the leading digital platform revolutionizing the real estate industry for agents, teams, and brokerages. • We are seeking a Senior Operations and Automation Manager to optimize and scale our Product Fulfillment Team (PFT). • This team is responsible for producing digital assets—including websites, content updates, and media curation—at scale for our clients. • This role will focus on streamlining workflows, implementing automation solutions (RPA), and enhancing accountability across a globally distributed team of 200+ employees and contractors. • The ideal candidate has a strong background in content operations, process automation, and digital production workflows.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in content operations, digital production workflows, or process automation roles. • Expertise in CMS platforms, digital asset management, and workflow automation tools. • Hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Zapier, or custom scripting for automation). • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and process optimization techniques. • Data-driven mindset with experience developing dashboards, reporting systems, and KPI tracking. • Ability to manage and optimize workflows in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. • Excellent communication skills and ability to train a globally distributed team on workflow enhancements and new tools.
