Description

β€’ As a Talent Acquisition Admin, you will play a critical role in growing our team by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions, including engineering, product, customer success, and sales. β€’ You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, develop and execute sourcing strategies, and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. β€’ Assist in identifying and sourcing qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, etc.). β€’ Screen resumes and applications to create a pipeline of top talent for different departments. β€’ Reach out to candidates and build relationships with potential hires, creating a positive impression of our company. β€’ Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and interest. β€’ Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, managing logistics and ensuring smooth communication throughout the process. β€’ Partner with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements, provide insights on the candidate market, and keep them updated on search progress. β€’ Write engaging job descriptions, post job openings on various platforms, and promote the company brand to attract top talent. β€’ Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, etc.) and report on hiring progress and outcomes. β€’ Identify opportunities to enhance the recruitment process, ensuring streamlined, efficient, and positive candidate experience. β€’ Participate in efforts to build a diverse and inclusive workforce, utilizing sourcing strategies that reach a wide range of candidates from varied backgrounds.

Requirements

β€’ 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in technology or real estate industries β€’ Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software β€’ Experience with MS, Excel, Power Point a plus β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and attract diverse talent β€’ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively β€’ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment β€’ Understanding of real estate or software technology markets is a plus
