📋 Description

• The Recruiting Manager, Education is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Recruiting. • This position is a fully remote role requiring extensive travel within Canada. • As a senior member of the Recruiting Team, the successful candidate will bring expertise in K-12 education, particularly in a missionary school setting with significant overseas missions experience. • This role also requires the ability to engage with training institutions and education professionals. • Purpose: To connect with and mentor technical missionary prospects (including aviators, teachers, IT professionals and managers/administrators in training) while developing pathways for students that align with MAFC’s unique vision and missionary candidate profiles.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BEd. • Advanced degrees and experience in educational administration are an asset. • 5+ years of experience in an overseas school, preferably in a missionary school. • Proven experience in mission work and a deep understanding of its unique demands. • Experience with MAF an asset. • Credibility engaging with senior educators, institutional leaders, and decision-makers. • Exceptional interpersonal, mentoring, and communication skills. • Strong organizational and planning abilities. • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office. • Familiarity with CRM databases is an asset. • Demonstrated alignment with the mission, vision, values, and doctrinal statements of MAFC. • Knowledge of scripture and ability to articulate Christian faith in professional and personal settings. • Ability and willingness to travel extensively across Canada. • Experience in talent development is an asset. • Familiarity with the aviation industry is an asset but not required.
