📋 Description

• The Technical Recruiting Specialist is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Recruiting. • This position is a fully remote role requiring extensive travel within Canada. • The successful candidate will bring expertise in IT and a demonstrated heart for missions. • This role requires a moderate understanding of the technical aspects of aviation and the ability to engage with technical professionals and individuals pursuing careers in missions-related aviation and IT roles. • As a Christian ministry, MAFC seeks individuals who embody the values and beliefs of the organization as articulated in our mission, vision, and doctrinal statements. • To recruit technical Christians to become MAFC missionaries by engaging and mentoring them while focusing on project-based missions deployment pathways in support of MAFC’s mission and vision and our strategic recruiting goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in IT, aviation, or a related technical field • 3+ years of experience in IT, engineering, avionics, or a related technical profession. • Proven understanding of mission work and a deep understanding of its unique demands. • Technical expertise in IT, with the ability to engage with candidates in technical fields • Exceptional interpersonal, mentoring, and communication skills • Strong organizational and planning abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM databases. • Demonstrated alignment with the mission, vision, values, and doctrinal statements of MAFC • Knowledge of scripture and ability to articulate Christian faith in professional and personal settings. • Experience in talent development or training is an asset. • Familiarity with the aviation industry is desired. • An aviation certification is an advantage. • Ability and willingness to travel extensively across Canada
