Description

• Answer incoming phone calls from members and internal customers by answering questions and resolving issues to ensure quality service. • Cross-sells credit union products and services to encourage a full-financial relationship with the credit union. • Utilizes CU lending guidelines and weighs CU risk when making lending decisions. • Advises and assists members in making informed decisions regarding their accounts. • Adheres to the philosophy and mission of the credit union in actions and communications.

Requirements

• Minimum six months of customer service or call center experience • High school graduate or GED • Basic computer operating skills • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Type a minimum of 35 words per minute preferred. • Specific criteria must be met in order to work from home-Minimal Tech Requirements: Internet Download Speed 50 Megabytes and Upload Speed 10 Megabytes, a fiber, cable, or high-speed DSL internet service is required for your internet connection. • Must have Home Office free of distractions, noise, with closing door
