Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to provide clear and concise instructions to customers • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools • A self-motivated and proactive mindset • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Empathy and a genuine desire to help others
