•Magic Leap is a pioneer in spatial computing, developing groundbreaking augmented reality technology. •As the VP, you’ll structure and negotiate sophisticated commercial and technology licensing relationships. •You’ll develop frameworks for technology partnerships that maximize the value of Magic Leap's IP portfolio.
•Bachelor's degree required; MBA or JD strongly preferred •12+ years of progressive experience in corporate development, strategic partnerships, or technology licensing with technology companies •Demonstrated track record of successfully negotiating and executing complex strategic transactions worth $100M+ with major technology companies •Expert-level financial modeling and analytical skills, including experience developing custom valuation frameworks for emerging technologies and services •Strong background in developing commercial service business models, including defining scope, pricing, and margin structures •Experience valuing and monetizing intellectual property assets, particularly in hardware-software ecosystems •Deep understanding of technology business models and how partnerships create strategic value •Outstanding negotiation skills with proven ability to structure multi-year strategic partnerships •Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at the executive level
