Description

β€’ Support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. β€’ Facilitate immigration processes for new hires and existing employees. β€’ Assist with relocation timelines, ensuring compliance with employment legislation. β€’ Provide support to employees transitioning internationally or relocating for work. β€’ Administer People systems and software leveraging technology to track/organize data. β€’ Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and program metrics.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in an HR or related role, ideally in a technology or fast-paced environment. β€’ Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and other data analysis tools. β€’ Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills with a focus on influencing and building relationships across levels. β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effectively communicating with internal and external business partners. β€’ Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and varying deadlines.
