Executive & Administrative Support • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing the executive’s inbox and being cc'd on all relevant communications. • Ensure timely payment of invoices and accurate logging of information across our systems. • Design and format polished itineraries for clients, delivering visually appealing and accurate trip plans. • Keep track of all ongoing client trips, ensuring we know where clients are at all times and that their needs are met. • Maintain accurate records for accounting and client billing, keeping financial data organized and up-to-date. • 2. Social Media & Marketing Support • Manage and post to our social media pages twice a week, following our established brand guidelines. • Track social engagement and identify opportunities for improving our social media presence. • 3. Research & Proposal Development • Conduct thorough research on destinations, reading reviews, and gathering insights to create proposals that exceed client expectations. • Assist in preparing tailored travel proposals that reflect the latest trends and top-reviewed experiences.
• Experience in an Executive Assistant or Marketing role, preferably in the travel • Exceptional organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail. • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving. • Proficiency in social media platforms, basic design tools, Canva, MS Office Suite, and Google Workspace. • Experience in travel planning, itinerary design, or similar is a plus. • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and juggle multiple tasks without sacrificing quality.
