Description

• Coordinate project & team activities • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members • Support the planning process including timelines, milestones, and deliverables • Monitor project milestones and timelines • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies • Prepare and maintain project documentation • Support planning of internal and external team events • Travel may be required (estimated no more than 20%)

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of related experience • Intrinsically motivated and a self-starter • Sound knowledge of Project Management tools, techniques, and methodologies • Proven success in a fast-paced environment operating within time constraints • Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills • Ability to collaborate in a global cross-functional remote team environment • Proficient in common desktop packages, i.e. Word, Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint • PMP Certification, or near completion considered an asset
