• Magnet Forensics is a global leader in the development of digital investigative software. • The Magnet Nexus team is looking for their next Technical Manager. • This cross-functional team needs a strong leader to nurture a collaborative culture. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. • Ensure system reliability and uptime for the SaaS operations of Magnet Nexus. • Communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders. • The candidate must reside in Canada.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. • Has demonstrated effective leadership of engineering teams (regardless of title) in previous roles with demonstrated experience in architecting, testing and/or developing software. • 5+ years of experience with several of: AWS, Azure, CloudFormation, ASP.NET Core, Elasticsearch, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, Docker. • Excellent interpersonal skills and situational leadership abilities. • Experience coaching teams and individuals for professional development and high performance. • Ability to synthesize business and engineering needs to prioritize effectively. • Experience working in an Agile development environment. • Teamwork & collaboration skills to work across organizations and lead cross-functional teams. • Problem solving skills to develop quick yet sound solutions to resolve complex issues. • Good conflict resolution and negotiating skills.
