Description

β€’ The Sales Intern will play an integral role in acquiring new clients/business as well as assisting and further developing existing client relationships. β€’ Daily duties include client/prospect correspondence, conducting discovery and capabilities meetings, sales pipeline development, and supporting senior members of the business development team. β€’ This role sits within the Sales team and collaborates closely with the Creative, Client Services, and Marketing teams. β€’ The ideal candidate is an organized, curious, fast learner; a self-starter with a talent for problem-solving. They should be able to adhere to deadlines, communicate effectively and professionally, and work well with team members and clients/prospects. β€’ The Sales & Business Development Intern will play an integral role in acquiring new clients/business as well as assisting and further-developing existing client relationships. β€’ Manage records in HubSpot (log detailed call notes and next steps, update information about accounts and contacts, etc.) β€’ Focus on uncovering new business opportunities across the Tech / Financial Services industries β€’ Assist in developing a strategic plan for key accounts and industry verticals β€’ Ensure that strong ties with key accounts are developed, maintained and leveraged for greater revenues and deeper relationships β€’ Manage internal and external sales processes β€’ Assist in scheduling, research, and logistic responsibilities for upcoming events β€’ Assist with keeping track of events, contacts, and meetings β€’ Assist in researching brands and clients/prospects β€’ Additional focus on AI and how it impacts the sales space

Requirements

β€’ Excellent communication skills: written, oral, and listening β€’ Detail-orientated for the implementation of complex strategies β€’ Knowledge of HubSpot/Salesforce is a strong plus β€’ Familiarity with Google suite (e.g. Google Docs/Sheets/etc) β€’ High attention to detail and comfortable taking on multiple projects at once β€’ Comfort speaking with new people, ability to find common ground β€’ Tech savvy and able to pick up new skills quickly β€’ Outgoing personality
