🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience leading multiple technical teams concurrently through all phases of project development, from concept to delivery. • A comprehensive knowledge of best practices, tools and processes used within Unreal. • A strong knowledge of systems, frameworks and optimisation techniques within Unreal. • Expertise in designing and optimising tools, workflows, and pipelines to improve efficiency and quality. • Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for mentoring, guiding, and growing engineering talent. • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to risk identification and resolution. • Excellent communication skills, capable of tailoring messaging to technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience working with external clients and managing complex feedback processes to ensure successful project outcomes. • Familiarity with outsourcing processes and collaboration with external vendors. • Demonstrated ability to balance client, project, and organisational priorities effectively. • Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and staying ahead of industry trends.
