🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project management or site operations, specifically within power generation, distributed energy resources, or utility-scale facilities • Demonstrated expertise in Power Generators operation and maintenance or similar systems, with experience across pre- and post-COD phases • Strong background in preventative maintenance planning and hands-on experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting electrical systems, communication systems, instrumentation, and relay control systems • Proficiency in project and asset management software and ability to use digital tools for inspection scheduling, documentation, and reporting • Knowledge of electrical testing protocols (e.g., Megger testing, torque inspections) and safety compliance standards, with experience coordinating testing and calibration of transformers, relays and process instrumentation • Excellent organizational and communication skills, able to coordinate complex workflows, communicate effectively with contractors and team members, and document key project activities • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing site challenges and risks • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field preferred; additional certifications in O&M, NETA, or relevant industry standards a plus • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and ensure safe, effective LGen and Balance of Plant management in a dynamic, high-output environment
