📋 Description

• The Senior Manager, Solutions presents an exceptional opportunity for a skilled pharmacist to apply their pharmacy and healthcare expertise in planning and executing pharmacy solution initiatives. • This role requires a highly resourceful, proactive individual, with excellent communication, project management, and healthcare solutions experience. • This leader will recognize market needs and work to identify how solutions can be adapted or expanded to further Transcarent’s mission. • This role is critical in bridging strategic and operational expertise to improve Transcarent solutions and experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) required; advanced degrees or completion of a pharmacy residency are preferred. • Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in pharmacy, managed care, or the PBM industry. • Must hold a current U.S. Pharmacist License. • Strong business acumen. • Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal and customer service skills. • Able to motivate and empower teams. • Comfortable in fast-paced and evolving organizations with a willingness to be flexible and pivot when needed. • Excellent at prioritization, scoping, and documentation.
