🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred) • Over 7 years of experience with sales engineering, front-end engineering and design (FEED), applications engineering, cost estimating, in electrical power systems or related industry • Experience in distributed energy, solar, batteries, fuel cells, microgrids, a plus • Ability to problem-solve, think creatively, and timely resolve personnel and project related issues • Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills • Demonstrated experience with and full understanding of the following: • System and component level solutions • Proposal development • EPC construction practices • Bill of materials • Electrical interconnection process/gas upgrade process with utilities (plus but not critical) • Estimating • Ability to travel nationally 25% max and be the face of Mainspring for site visits and sales presentations.
