β’ Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position. β’ Proven success in scaling sales and marketing operations in a fast-growing company, preferably in the eCommerce sector. β’ Experience in revenue strategy and operations, with a strong understanding of the customer lifecycle. β’ Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. β’ Extensive knowledge of sales and marketing principles, practices, and tools. β’ Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot). β’ Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams. β’ Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills. β’ Excellent communication and negotiation skills. β’ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. β’ Results-driven and customer-focused with a passion for innovation and growth. β’ Collaborative and team-oriented, with a commitment to fostering a positive work environment. β’ Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. β’ Enthusiastic for driving change and innovation in the sales and marketing landscape. β’ Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development. β’ Familiarity with the content creator economy and eCommerce trends.
