Requirements

• Candidates must be a US Citizen and be Federal Tax compliant and able to get public trust suitability • 6 years of commercial or Federal experience in IT or equivalent field • Bachelor’s in computer science or similar technical subjects • Strong understanding of SAFe, Scrum and Lean-Agile practices • Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM), second or third level preferred). SAFe certifications preferred • Minimum 4 years of experience being a servant leader of one or multiple agile teams in Scrum Master or other key roles • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proven expertise in deliverable tracking in an Agile environment • Experience with Agile tools (for example JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.). • Experience with IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) preferred
