• Oversee multiple aspects of our GTM tech stack, including budget management, procurement, administration, and system updates. • Ensure tools like Salesforce, Zuora, and others are integrated and optimized to support sales and GTM operations. • Drive GTM tool integrations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and reporting capabilities. • Identify, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives to improve GTM operations. • Troubleshoot and provide solutions to GTM process pain points.
• 5+ years of experience in sales / revenue operations • Hands-on work with Salesforce, subscription management tools, and SaaS B2B business models • Experience working in GTM environments, particularly with teams selling to enterprise companies. • Strong problem-solving skills and project management skills • Excellent communicator • Proven track record managing complex sales tech stacks • Passionate about data integrity
