Description

• Oversee the work of client teams within the firm across the firm’s professional services portfolio • Develop strategic plans to grow professional services accounts • Deliver a range of professional services to meet client needs • Drive growth and client satisfaction in Management Solutions’ Consulting Services Practice • Support Management Solutions’ Consulting Services Practice in developing long-term client relationships • Lead the pursuit and closure of new consulting engagements • Build deep trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders • Collaborate with senior consulting professionals in cross-selling • Improve client business performance through benchmarking and process improvement • Provide oversight to project assignments • Contribute strategic industry and subject matter expertise • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior staff • Manage all aspects of client relationships

Requirements

• US Citizen or a US Permanent Resident status • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related discipline • 15+ years' work experience in professional services or with Energy or Defense consulting organizations • Cybersecurity and IT experience is preferred • Significant energy and defense business experience with deep IT project management background • Demonstrated Executive / C-level relationships with energy and defense clients • Demonstrable experience leading business development initiatives • Full lifecycle solution experience, including strategy, planning, design, implementation, and operations • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills and people skills • High degree of self-confidence and determination • Advanced organizational and management skills • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities and assignments • Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, word processing, and slide presentation software • Ability to travel as needed • Ability to work individually, as part of a team, or leading a team
