📋 Description

Develop and refine Vanilla’s core narrative across audiences and segments•Build and lead a world-class PMM team focused on ownership and execution•Lead competitive intelligence & enablement programs to improve sales effectiveness•Launch new products and capabilities that drive advisor adoption•Develop content and collateral to support demand generation and expansion efforts•Design and scale account-based expansion strategies and campaigns•Partner closely with leadership to optimize customer acquisition costs

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience in Product Marketing focused on B2B software•2+ years of experience managing and leading high-performing teams•Exceptional communication and storytelling skills•Strong cross-functional collaboration experience, especially with sales teams•Experience managing, aligning, and influencing C-level stakeholders•Ability to work autonomously in a startup environment•Strong analytical skills and a data-driven orientation•Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
